  1988: 
  Established as a foundry making 50T per month by Mr. V.N. Deshpande, Mr. U.K. Deshpande and Mr. N.S. Wagh.

  1991-93:
  Installed the first induction furnace - Inductotherm make. Merged machining operations to become integrated casting and machining supplier.

  2000-2009: 
  Added the second plant in Kagal MIDC, along with several investments on the foundry and machining fronts. Capacity increased to 2200 MT per month. Started new process improvement and six-sigma initiatives to achieve ISO TS 16949 certification. Added several new customers including Ashok Leyland, John Deere, ZF, Kirloskar Oil Engines, New Holland and Brakes India.

  2010-11:
  Added Disaflex 70 High pressure moulding line foundry. Capacity increased further to 3600 MT/month. Added new machining centres including those from MAKINO and MAZAK, Japan. New customers such as TAFE group and Tata Cummins limited were added, in addition to strengthening relations with existing customers.

  2012:
  Added a new 25 acre plant in Tardal, Hatkanagale with introduction of mechanized ARPA 900 Line with automated sand plants. Capacity increased to 5000 MT per month. Several investments done in foundry and machining to enhance both capacity and capabilities.
